Texas Guacamole

This recipe combines the best of several different recipes.  The smoke paprika and spiced sea salt gives it the unique flavor you won't find anywhere else!!

 Our Favorite Guacamole

6-8 of the largest, ripest avocados you can find
1 c chopped cherry tomatoes (these are sweeter than the roma)
½ c chopped sweet onion
½ c chopped white onion
1 clove fresh garlic
3 small Serrano chiles, finely chopped (you can substitute a small can of chopped jalapenos)
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
3 lemons (juice only)
1 lime (juice only)
½ tsp cumin
¾ tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tsp McCormack’s Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt
1T Fruit Fresh
Fresh ground pepper to taste

In a large bowl, add the first nine ingredients.  Then add the seasonings.  Mash together with a potato masher.
