Ingredients:
Filling
1 large (or 2 small) can of yams
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter, at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c milk
Topping
1 c brown sugar
1 c pecans
1/3 c flour
1/3 stick butter
Mix together to a crumble texture
Directions:
Whip together the filling ingredients. Place the filling in a 9x9 pan. Add the crumble topping. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
