Ingredients:
1 40 oz can yams
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 cup & 2 T evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 deep dish frozen pie crust
Preparation:
Set oven to 350° Mix everything well until fairly smooth. You will have small butter chunks, but that is okay. (Sometimes, I just pour everything into my Ninja and blend.) Bake for approximately 1 hour.
