Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

Since my husband loves hot wings, I scoured the internet to look for recipes.  This is a combination of a couple. It turned out really well!!

Ingredients:

16 oz of either Cavatappi or Penne Pasta
3-4 skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 to 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1 cup Homemade Ranch Dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing
1 stick butter, melted
4 T. extra virgin olive oil
fresh ground pepper
Season-All (Adobo, Fiesta Brand, Lawry's)

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to directions on the package.
2. While pasta is boiling, add EVOO to skillet.  Over medium heat, cook the chicken.  As desired, sprinkle the Season-All of your choice and pepper.  Stirring frequently, cook until the chicken has cooked thoroughly.
3. Drain pasta. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. In a large bowl, combine cheese, pasta, and chicken.
5. In a small bowl combine ranch dressing & hot sauce (depending upon how spicy you like it is how much you use.)
6. Pour the ranch mixture over the pasta mixture and stir well.
7. Place the entire mixture in a 13x9 glass baking dish.
8. Combine the stuffing and melted butter.  Sprinkle on top of the pasta.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes.  Stuffing should be browned.
