Ingredients:
¼ c butter
1 c minced onion
2 ½ lbs lean ground beef
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 T flour
2 ½ tsp McCormack’s Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt
¼ tsp Accent
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ tsp paprika
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Sauté the onion in butter until golden; add the garlic and meat. Blend the dry ingredients in a small bowl and then sprinkle it over the meat mixture. Add the undrained mushrooms and sauté 10 minutes. Add the soup and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add the sour cream. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
