Ingredients:
6-8 of the largest, ripest avocados you can find
1 c chopped cherry tomatoes (these are sweeter than the roma)
½ c chopped sweet onion
½ c chopped white onion
1 clove fresh garlic
3 small Serrano chiles, finely chopped (you can substitute a small can of chopped jalapenos)
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
3 lemons (juice only)
1 lime (juice only)
½ tsp cumin
¾ tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tsp McCormack’s Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt
1T Fruit Fresh
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the first nine ingredients. Then add the seasonings. Mash together with a potato masher.
