Shrimp and Pasta Salad

This is a great, light, summer dish.  And the best thing about it is it's quick and easy...especially in the obsessive heat of summer.

 Lime-Shrimp Avocado Pasta Salad Recipe

1 1/2 lb asparagus, blanched
20 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 c cooked pasta (bowtie or penne)
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
2 T gin

Combine the asparagus, shrimp, and pasta in a large bowl.  Mix in the remaining ingredients.  Chill for at least 1 hour and serve.
