Ingredients:
1 egg
¾ c sugar
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 apple, pared and sliced
½ c glazed pecans
Directions:
Beat the egg, and add the sugar. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add to the egg mixture. Add vanilla, apple, and nuts. Place in a slightly greased 8 or 9 inch cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream.
