Cowboy Stew

So yummy and so easy.  When you need something quick...this is great.  And it's filling!!

 Texas Cowboy Stew

1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
4 cans Bush's Seasoned Pinto Beans
1 6oz can tomato paste (with three cans water)
1 can Rotel
1 lb ground beef
10 oz. chorizo (casing removed)
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 cloves garlic finely minced
salt & pepper & garlic powder
4 T. Carne Guisada Seasoning (Bolner's Fiesta Brand)

Brown beef and chorizo together in frying pan.  Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Add garlic, chopped onion and chopped green pepper.  Stir fry together.  Pour into large pot.  Add cans of pinto beans...undrained.  Add Rotel, tomato paste and cans of water.  Stir well.  Add package of taco seasoning and Carne Guisada Seasoning.  Simmer on stove for at least 30 minutes.  Garnish with cheese, chopped onions, and sour cream.
